Mr. Vusi Thembekwayo during a
Masterclass with Vusi
Thembekwayo, held at Cresta
Lodge recently
Gaborone, Botswana: Vusi Thembekwayo is really a motivational speaker. He is inspired by the American Hip-Hop star Jay-Z, the things he does are effective. He is a professional in every work that he do, also his efforts are really motivational. Giving back to the society, he invested most of his money into people's businesses as a form of funding.
He spoke during a Masterclass with Vusi Thembekwayo Held at Cresta Lodge recently that in a business, sales teams have to make effective decisions everyday. A business person focuses on externalising value whereas an entrepreneur scale the value proportion. "If one is able to externalise value, he or she is a business person, and if one can scale the value proportion, he or she is an entrepreneur", said Mr. Thembekwayo. In the process of creating a product, one's desire has to be higher. Being flexible while doing business is key to success and one has to do business for a special purpose.

Vusi Thembekwayo as a form of praise
He continued by saying that one has to make a decision on what kind of firm they want to build and whenever they have trouble, just smile. He added that there is nothing one can do to stop winter from coming which he meant real things always come, if one deserve to win, they will win. Speed, clarity and story which is the value of one's business, are important than making money. "When starting a venture, how fast you move is more than getting money", he said. Making company structure is lethargy, it has to be aligned with the speed. To succeed, one has to spend more time working.
An entrepreneur or a self employed person has to be quick to decision making and do effective things in a business. being responsible makes one gain power and the line sight which is letting people know what you are doing. Integrity, passion and perseverance takes a business to the next level, one has to be professional in every work that they do and work hard to gain more income. Being kind, honest, empathetic and building good relationships with other people is key. One has to know everything in their business.
